HOW TO SOW AND PLANT:
Start Indoors: 6-8 weeks before last frost

Instructions - Sow seeds indoors ¼ inch deep. Plant out just before the last frost. Cauliflower prefers cool temperatures and a steady supply of water. Tying leaves around heads to blanch is not necessary, but the practice helps prevent yellowing of the creamy white curds.
HOW TO GROW:
While small, floating row covers will help to keep pests at bay.
Keep weeds under control during the growing season.
Keep plants well watered during dry periods to promote rapid, uninterrupted growth.
To blanch the heads and keep curds white, bend surrounding leaves over the heads and secure with twine.
